The Marquis Theatre does not provide ticket refunds or exchanges.
Star Performer Absenteeism:
Refunds are not granted in the event of cast replacements.
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned during the summer months.
Policy for Children:
All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre.
Late Seating Policy:
The seating procedure for latecomers varies by seat section. Late patrons who are seated in the front orchestra are held in the lobby for ten minutes after the performance begins. They are then escorted directly to their seats by an usher.
Policy on Smoking:
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in the Marquis Theatre.
There is one full bar and one Absolut bar located on the theatre’s Orchestra level and one bar located on the Mezzanine where refreshments may be purchased. However, water and Absolut are the only beverages that are permitted in the auditorium.
The bars begin serving patrons 45 minutes before the performance begins.
Male and female restrooms are located outside the theatre lobby, Orchestra level, in the common area on the 3rd Floor and Mezzanine level of the Marquis Hotel.
There is no cloak room service available at this theatre.

Policy for Patrons with Disabilities:
Accessible seating is available for this performance as indicated on the seating map.
Wheelchair locations are available in the orchestra section of the theatre (pending availability). You may purchase one wheelchair and three companion seats per order if available.
For guests with limited mobility, there are seats available with movable/folding armrests ("Aisle transfer seats") in these locations: Orchestra A1, A2, F17, F18, K1, K2, P101, P125, S27, S28, T1, T2; Mezzanine K33, K34, L1, L2.
The theatre aisles on the orchestra level are stepped instead of rampped. There are 22 steps starting from row X down to row AA.
For low vision/deaf & hard of hearing guests, accessible seats are available in the Orchestra Row AA 101-104, B 1-3, B 2-4.

Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.
Assisted Listening Devices:
Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. A photo identification is required as a deposit.
For patrons with a tele coil, personal induction loop devices are also available at the theatre, free of charge. A photo identification is required as a deposit. Please set your device to the “t” setting.
For the protection of our patrons, theatre managers and private security personnel are on duty during all performances.
All bags will be inspected upon arrival. Luggage, shopping bags and other large packages that will not fit comfortably with you at your seat will not be checked or allowed inside the theatre. For your convenience, please make other arrangements for these items before arriving.
Do not leave your personal bags (purses, backpacks) unattended while in the theatre.
